Shipping policy
Product creation time
Product creation and fulfillment time currently takes 1-2 days from the time you place an order from our site. Orders are not manufactured on weekends or holidays. If we are processing a large number of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you by email to notify you.
Shipping rates and estimated delivery
- Insured shipping via Royal Mail (1st or 2nd class) - 2-3 business days for UK Orders/ 3-7 business days for Rest of the World.
Once your order has been dispatched, it will be delivered to you within 2-5 business days normally. During peak sales periods, dispatch may be delayed by few working days.
Shipping confirmation and order tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with your tracking number(s). It may take up to 24 hours to view the status of your shipment on Royal Mail's website.

Free print tape
The free 15cm print tape that is advertised on the product page is subject to availability while stock lasts. Depending on stock levels, there is a chance that your order maybe shipped without the free print tape - if you would really like the print tape, then please reach out to us via the contact page and we may ship it out to you separately when stock is replenished.
